Well Jimmy helped us out in a great way, we lost our trailer tire & we got lucky calling him he wanted us to plug in at his place so he could help us in the am since we were calling right when they were closing. He gave us good info and where we could get fixed & we were all good and on our way in no time ! What a beginning on our vacation but he made it better in no time !

We took it to a TA shop, and they diagnosed the trailer lights as not working. They said there was no power going through the wiring and that all the wires would need to be replaced, which they estimated would take 4–5 hours to fix. However, this mechanic found the issue in just 10 minutes. He checked all the wires but didn’t find any problems. It turned out to be a blown fuse under the hood, which he replaced

Nice people good employees only reason they get a 1 star from me is because they tried to charge me 226 dollars for a freakin patch and a valve stem. After I asked how much it would be and was told 108 for labor plus whatever materials were used. I ended up paying 140 in cash but the point is if I didn’t have cash they would of wanted 226 for a patch and a stem, my tire brand new was 225 lmao These people are nuts and when you complain they say they are in the business of making money 😂😂😂 Stay away from this place god forbid i needed more work done. Okay so to the “owners reply” 1) You were under the truck on your crawler no more than five minutes and couldn’t see anything exactly what I already told you. Literally did nothing but point MY flashlight at the wheel and say I don’t see anything. 2) So if I wanted to be at a shop for 2-3 hours I would have went to a TA or LOVES that’s why I chose a place like yours that’s not as busy. Besides it’s a tire patch for gods sake it shouldn’t take longer than an hour lol 3) So you’re hourly labor is 108$ and you just admitted that I was there for 27 minutes and you’re claim of checking my front end for 40 minutes is a lie and you know

The best in the business my airline was cut off. I came here with my equipment. He fixed it and did not charge me nothing cause it took us five minutes. This guy is the real deal I didn’t ask for his name, but I was happy that I shook his hand well done man. God Bless America and its people.
